Leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of solid rocket motor and igniter testing. Defines test plans, procedures, and safety concepts. Conducts test readiness reviews and oversees test setup integration and execution. Investigates test anomalies and produces test documentation. Collaborates with propulsion, mechanical, electrical, and software engineers. Requires a BSc. or MSc. in a relevant engineering discipline and 4+ years of experience in propulsion or high-energy system testing.

Develop and characterize solid rocket propellants and thermal protection materials for high-performance rocket motors. Lead laboratory-scale mixing, casting, curing, and post-processing activities. Define and implement characterization methodologies for propellant materials. Support rocket motor development programs by correlating material properties to motor performance.

Electronics and Software Technician will work with hardware and software teams to improve the performance and reliability of a propulsion test rig. Responsibilities include system-level integration and testing, cabling, troubleshooting, and debugging. Requires CFC in Electronics or equivalent, experience with test benches, C/C++, Python, and lab equipment. Familiarity with communication protocols, power electronics, and embedded Linux is a plus.
