This role drives the measurement and reporting of Johnson Controls' customer experience enterprise-wide. The Customer Experience Specialist manages global annual CX studies, transactional surveys, and liaises with regional CX teams, vendors, and internal partners.

Shape project specifications at the Basis of Design (BoD) stage across HVAC, Fire, Security, and BMS. Build and lead a regional BoD engineering team, establish standard work, and position the team as trusted technical advisors. Translate specification wins into a measurable pipeline and partner with Sales to convert early influence into orders.

Evaluate customer experiences for luxury brands in fashion, beauty, jewelry, or automobiles. Complete in-store visits or online evaluations, providing feedback on ambiance, service, and overall experience. Must be 18 years or older, a current customer of premium brands, and not under contract with any retail brands.
