Senior Recruitment Consultant ( Freelance / Remote)

Responsibilities

·Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for leadership and personal development roles and experts, from sourcing and outreach through to offer coordination and onboarding support.

·Proactively build and maintain talent pools of individuals, facilitators, trainers, and HR/L&D professionals through LinkedIn, professional networks, and relevant communities.

·Design and run creative sourcing campaigns and personalized outreach that reflect a human-centric, values-driven brand.

·Conduct structured interviews and assessments focused on leadership style, coaching capability, and cultural alignment.

·Partner with the founder and leadership team to understand current and future talent needs and translate them into clear, accurate role profiles.[1]

·Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and key recruitment metrics to continually improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.

·Represent the brand professionally in online communities and events, expanding your market knowledge and talent network.

Qualifications

·Solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to leadership, coaching, consulting, or people-focused roles.

·Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership, able to manage your own workload and priorities in a remote setup.

·Confident using LinkedIn and other digital channels for sourcing, outreach, and talent community building.

·Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a genuine passion for people development and conscious leadership.

·Comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your own schedule, and coordinating across time zones when needed.
