Through transformative coaching, engaging content, and practical learning experiences, we inspire authentic leadership and personal growth worldwide. We’re now looking for a Sales and/or Digital Marketing Director who is passionate about growth — both commercially and personally , and who is comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, self-directed capacity, to lead our sales 7 digital marketing strategy and expand our reach across digital and content partnership channels.

As a Digital Marketing Consultant (Independent Contractor), you’ll work remotely with flexible hours to design and execute digital strategies that grow a global leadership & personal development education brand, operation in more that 100 countries around the world. You will collaborate with founders and key team members to translate purpose-led messaging into effective, measurable digital marketing initiatives. This is a professional consulting opportunity with clear deliverables and responsibilities, and it does not involve any multi-level marketing structures, referral “downlines,” or recruitment-based earnings.

We are seeking a Leadership & Personal Growth Education Coach to support individuals on their personal and professional development journeys. This remote role offers flexible hours and is especially suited for people who are considering a career transition into coaching, personal development, or education-focused work.
