Sales &/or Digital Marketing Director
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales and digital marketing strategy for our leadership and personal development content portfolio.

Manage the full marketing & sales cycle — from identifying new leads to closing key deals with clients, organizations and learning platforms.

Build partnerships that scale our impact and generate new revenue streams

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align offerings with evolving client needs.

Represent the brand with passion and authenticity in client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
Qualifications
- Sales and/or Digital Marketing xperience in B2C or content sales — ideally in learning, coaching, or publishing sectors.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationship
- Hands on experience and motivation to operate as an independent agent
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to combine strategy and execution.
- Big picture thinker with ambition to exponentially grow his/her earnings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Genuine passion for empowerment, growth mindset, and life-long personal development.
- Self-starter who thrives in a purpose-driven, high-growth environment.
