The Director of Manufacturing & Operations will oversee day-to-day operations at the Heerbrugg Manufacturing site. This role will act as a central liaison between departments, ensuring compliance with local policies and achieving manufacturing and operations goals. Responsibilities include managing HR, Facilities, and Health & Safety, achieving production objectives, and defining strategies for increasing manufacturing capacity and productivity. The Director will also manage the purchasing team, work with cross-functional teams on new product development, and drive a continuous improvement culture.

As a Vorsorge- und Finanzberatende, you will manage existing client relationships, acquire new clients, and provide comprehensive financial and pension planning advice. You will develop and sell tailored solutions in the areas of pension planning and asset building.
