Responsibilities

Guide people 50plus to achieve fresh results and clarity for their next chapter
Use structured frameworks and tools to support mindset shifts and self-leadership
Encourage and inspire people who want to learn or reinvent themselves
Engage in professional outreach to connect with individuals ready for growth
Build your own independent consulting practice with mentorship and support

This is a self-directed consulting and mentoring opportunity – not a conventional employee position. Qualifications

Have at least 10 years’ experience in leadership or business ownership
Are interested in guiding people 50plus who are looking for new direction and purpose
Are exploring a transition to a more meaningful and flexible career path
Enjoy working independently, with focus and commitment
Have a genuine interest in learning, in mindset shift and personal growth
Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
Are motivated by helping people 50+ realize their potential and take next steps
