The Director of Manufacturing & Operations will oversee day-to-day operations at the Heerbrugg Manufacturing site. This role will act as a central liaison between departments, ensuring compliance with local policies and achieving manufacturing and operations goals. Responsibilities include managing the manufacturing team, operations support functions, and collaborating with RA/QA, R&D, and Marketing. The Director will also define strategies for increasing manufacturing capacity and productivity, manage the purchasing team, and ensure compliance with Swiss corporate and regulatory requirements.
